In this course you will get to know different elements of mindfulness practice. It is important to us not to view mindfulness as a self-optimization tool. Mindfulness is about relating to the world in a certain way: open, friendly, in the present moment. The course is structured along three dimensions: how we relate to ourselves, to others and finally to the tasks at hand.

I have experienced the positive effects of mindfulness in my job for many years first with McKinsey and today with RETURN ON MEANING. I studied International Business and did my MPA at LSE; I am a certified MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) instructor with several further educations, e.g., with Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Dr. Svea von Hehn and I designed this course together. She is a psychologist with PhD, certified Search Inside Yourself instructor, author of mindfulness books, management consultant and co-founder of the consultancy RETURN ON MEANING.
